Autumn is a season of transition. Around us, the natural world begins to draw its energy inward, inviting us to gather inwards and meet this season intentionally.
Held within the warmth of the beautiful SouLand yurt, we'll begin by sharing ritual-grade cacao, allowing its warmth and richness to bring us into our bodies, our hearts and our senses. From this more grounded place, we'll gently turn our attention towards our own inner landscape and notice what this season may be asking of us.
There will be space for a guided inner journey, quiet reflection and journalling, alongside the opportunity to share and be witnessed within the circle. There is never any pressure to share; simply being present and listening is equally welcome.
We'll then move from reflection into rest, closing our gathering with a cosy sound journey using singing bowls, gong, percussion and other therapeutic instruments. A chance to lie down, receive and allow yourself to be held by sound.
Having facilitated many women's circles and seasonal gatherings, I love creating spaces that invite us to reconnect with ourselves, one another and the natural rhythms of the world around us. Through my work with cacao, mindfulness, nature-led ritual and sound, I bring together practices that encourage presence, connection and restoration.
This isn't about arriving with anything figured out. It is simply a space to pause, gather together and listen — to ourselves, to one another and to the changing season around us.
All are welcome. Come exactly as you are.
