Ecstatic Dance is a free-form movement practice where there is no choreography, judgement or expectation. It is a safe and supportive environment to release stress, shift stagnant energy, awaken creativity and reconnect with yourself and others through movement and music.

The evening begins with a heart-opening cacao ceremony using high-quality ceremonial cacao ethically sourced from indigenous communities in Ecuador. Cacao supports emotional openness, connection and presence, helping you drop more deeply into the dance experience.
From there, you will be guided into an ecstatic dance journey accompanied by uplifting and atmospheric music designed to support emotional release, embodiment, joy and nervous system regulation. The experience closes with a restorative sound bath featuring gongs, crystal singing bowls and soothing instruments to help you integrate and deeply relax.
This event is open to all, no previous experience with ecstatic dance, cacao or sound healing is needed. Whether you are seeking community, emotional release, embodiment, healing or simply a joyful way to move your body, you are warmly welcome.
