At the peak of the sun’s power and the longest days of the year, we gather in sacred sisterhood to honour the Summer Solstice, a moment of illumination, expansion and radiant visibility.

This is a circle of rejoicing!
A return to joy.
A remembering of aliveness.
A celebration of all that has been revealed, created, released and become clear so far this year.

In the fullness of summer, we are invited to see ourselves more fully, to be witnessed in our beauty, our growth, our becoming. To allow ourselves to be seen in our fullness, without shrinking, without hiding.

Together we will honour what has blossomed, the lessons that have shaped us, and the quiet or powerful ways we have been transformed by life. And we will gently bring light to what may still be holding us back from fully stepping into joy, expression and expansion.

This is a space of celebration, truth and embodiment held in warmth, sisterhood and reverence for the turning of the season. We will share ceremonial cacao to gently open the heart more fully to gratitude, connection, presence and celebration.

Light Activation Meditation
A guided visualisation to connect with the golden solar light of the Solstice, awakening inner radiance and clarity.

Seasonal Plant Connection
An intuitive practice with seasonal plants and flowers, inviting their wisdom, symbolism and support as allies of this time of fullness and bloom.

Embodiment Practice & Movement
Gentle somatic exploration leading into free expression and dance, a space to celebrate being alive in the body, to move what is present, and to let joy move through us.

Crafting Ritual
A creative, hands-on ritual to anchor intention and expression, an offering of beauty created from the hands of each woman, symbolising what is ready to be honoured or embodied.

Cacao Ceremony
We will drink ceremonial cacao together, allowing it to open the heart and deepen presence as we share, witness and celebrate one another in circle.

Rejoicing Dance & Celebration
A closing expression of movement, joy and aliveness, an invitation to be seen, to take up space, and to honour the fullness of your being.

This circle is for the woman who is ready to:
