Grown in harmony with nature and traditional farming practices, this pure Ecuadorian cacao offers a deeply nourishing experience that honours both people and planet.

These small farms are not mass producers. Our partnerships ensure that farmers receive fair, above-market pricing, guaranteed pickup of their harvest, and long-term, respectful relationships built on trust and shared value. Some farmers even roast their own beans and prepare cacao drinks for family and community gatherings, continuing traditions that connect the land, the trees, and the people to this remarkable plant ally.

Some of the trees on the farm are over 120 years old, planted from seed with no hybrids and cared for using ancestral wisdom passed down through generations. On farms such as Castillo, sacred Ceibo trees stand amongst the cacao, supporting communication and water channels throughout the land and nourishing the surrounding ecosystem.
