A private sound healing session is a sacred pause — a space to be held, listened to, and gently guided back into harmony through sound.

Healing is a deeply personal journey — there is no one-size-fits-all. A private sound healing session, offered in a 1:1 or group setting, allows a fully bespoke experience, carefully tailored to meet the unique needs of your body, mind, and spirit. Unlike public sound journeys, these sessions are created entirely around you, allowing space for deeper listening, personalised intention, and focused support.

A private session offers the freedom to simply be — to rest, soften, and surrender into deep relaxation — or to work more intentionally with specific physical, emotional, or energetic themes. This may include supporting physical discomfort, releasing energetic or emotional blockages, working with long-held patterns or self-limiting beliefs, or gaining deeper insight into your authentic self. Sound healing gently realigns the nervous system, supports emotional processing, and encourages the body’s natural ability to restore itself.

All sessions include a consultation beforehand to ensure your experience is aligned with your intentions.

Each session lasts between 60–90 minutes and intuitively weaves together instruments such as the gong, crystal singing bowls, drum, chimes, and voice, using sound and vibration to support the release of stagnant energy and invite healing and integration.

You don’t need to do anything during a session — simply arrive as you are and allow the therapeutic frequencies to support you on your journey towards greater ease, clarity, and wellbeing. Sessions can be offered as a one-off experience or as part of a regular series to support deeper, ongoing transformation.
